What BDYPos Stands For

BDYPos is more than clothing.

It is a movement created for women who are done shrinking, done performing, and done waiting for permission.

Founded by Rose Bennett, BDYPos exists to help women reconnect with their confidence, their voice, and who they are beneath expectation and comparison.

Through community, conversation, and conscious design, BDYPos creates space for women to come back to themselves — honestly, unapologetically, and on their own terms.

The BDYPos Movement Is Built On

Community

Real women. Shared experiences. No hierarchy.

Conversation

Honest stories — spoken without shame or polish.

Confidence

Built from the inside out, not worn for approval.

Expression

Through clothing, voice, creativity, and action.

The BDYPos Podcast

The BDYPos Podcast is where the movement finds its voice.

Through raw solo episodes and meaningful guest conversations, Rose explores confidence, identity, sobriety, motherhood, anxiety, self-worth, and what it really means to take up space as a woman.

This is not surface-level motivation — it’s lived experience, spoken honestly.

Join the Community

The BDYPos movement lives beyond the clothes.

Inside our private Facebook group, women connect, share experiences, ask questions, and support one another — without judgement or comparison.

This is where the movement becomes personal.

The BDYPos Experience — Live & Recorded

In August, the BDYPos empowerment experience will be recorded live in front of a cozy, in-person audience in Parkes, NSW.

This live event brings the heart of the BDYPos movement to life — through conversation, reflection, and practical tools designed to help women reconnect with confidence and self-belief.

The recorded course will be made available nationally and internationally following the live experience.

Tween Queens

Tween Queens is a local, activity-based workshop designed to support tweens in building confidence, creativity, and self-expression — before the world tells them who they should be.

Each session includes guided conversation, a hands-on activity, and the opportunity to design their own BDYPos tee in a safe, supportive environment.
