What Is BDYPos?

More than what you wear.

What you wear plays a powerful role in how you show up in the world.

Some days you dress boldly — to be seen.

Other days you dress quietly — to feel safe.

Either way, what we choose to put on our bodies becomes a reflection of who we are and how we feel about ourselves.

From a young age, I was drawn to fashion — not just as clothing, but as expression. In little waves throughout my life, I explored it. Loved it. Felt it.

But alongside that love came pressure.

When Confidence Begins to Fade

From an early age, unrealistic social standards crept in.

They chipped away at my confidence.

They dulled my spark.

Low self-esteem and anxiety slowly grew into depressive disorders and alcoholism.

Self-hate took hold.

And before I knew it, I was caught in a dark vortex — fully aware I had more potential inside me, yet unable to reach her.

Then Came Sobriety — And Fire

Enter sobriety.

(And my thirties.)

And suddenly — BOOM — I was a woman on fire again.

With clarity came an unquenchable desire to live fully and to support other women in doing the same. I knew, deep in my bones, that self-love had to come first — above everything else.

I could no longer stand by and listen to beautiful women describe themselves as “fat” or “ugly.”

Something had to change.

The Birth of BDYPos

So I created BDYPos.

Not just as a clothing brand — but as a statement.

A way for women to say:

“I’m okay with who I am.”

“In fact — I love her.”

BDYPos is about fun, comfortable, expressive athleisure that supports confidence without performance, and self-belief without comparison.

It’s about giving the finger to the haters and declaring:

“THIS IS ME — AND I AM AWESOME EXACTLY AS I AM.”

The Mission

My hope is that BDYPos brings women happiness, confidence, and a little fun.

But more than that — I hope it reminds women that they are allowed to take up space.

That they are worthy of self-love.

That they don’t need to change to be enough.

If this resonates with you, you’re already part of it.

That is BDYPos.

Love,

Rosie
