Processing Time
- Mostly all orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable. Some delays in processing may occur in lue of public holidays or shop closures
Delivery Options & Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, available at an additional cost, with next-business-day delivery if ordered before 12:00 PM local time.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external conditions such as holidays or weather.
Shipping Fees
- We offer a flat rate of $10 for Australia Post Standard Shipping on orders up to $99
- We offer free shipping for Australia Post Standard Shipping on orders over $99
Delivery Locations
- BDYPos currently ships within Australia and New Zealand and also allows for International shipping
Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order status directly on our website or through the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at thequeens@bdypos.com.au within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues promptly.
- If you have purchased additional Shipping Protection, your order will be reprocessed and dispatched as a priority.
