Returns

To return a BDYPos product: Email us at thequeens@bdypos.com.au before sending anything back. Please include your order number, the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why. We'll confirm your return by email and let you know what happens next.

Your order number must be on the parcel. Write it clearly on the outside of the parcel, on the shipping label, or on a note inside the package. Without an order number we can't match your return to your purchase, which will delay your refund or exchange.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. Items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached, and in their original packaging. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with the tags removed cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear, or that have been worn or washed, cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Clearance Item Return Policy:

• All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clearance items are sold as-is, with any unique sizing considerations detailed in the product descriptions.
• We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions for sizing recommendations before purchasing.
• Refunds, store credits, and exchanges are not available for clearance items under any circumstances.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

1. Email thequeens@bdypos.com.au with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund, an exchange or store credit.
2. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel, on the shipping label, or on a note inside the package.
3. Post the parcel back to us at the address below. Return postage is at your cost.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us and we'll sort it out regardless of the timeframes above.
