What is BDYPos?
What you wear plays a huge role in showing the world who you are as a person. You may wish to dress boldly to show the world you are bold, you may wish to dress plainly as to not draw any attention to you.
Whatever your preference and style is, what we choose to put on our bodies each day is in turn, a reflection of who we are as a person.
Since I was a young girl, I have loved the idea of fabulous fashion, and in little waves through-out my life I have been able to explore this. However - from a very young age pressure from unrealistic social standards began to impede my confidence, and extinguish my flare. Low self esteem and anxiety turn to depressive disorders and alcoholism.
And self hate began to rampage, and I got sucked into a dark vortex, knowingly unable to live to my potential.
ENTER SOBRIETY (and my thirties) and BOOM I am once again a woman on FIRE! With an unquenchable desire to represent and support women, empowering them towards finding the ability to nurture their own SELF LOVE above all else.
I COULD NOT stand by and listen to another beautiful woman tell me she thinks she is fat and ugly..
I have, over these years been researching, seeking, listening to women, trying to find how I can help them to see themselves, how I see them all - so authentically phenomenal.
Then came BDYPos…
One day I made a tee that said ‘More Self Love’ and from the moment I put it on, it was like I was buzzing with spirit and energy. I felt like I was untouchable as I had clearly told the world that I was all about loving myself on this day and it felt so damn good.
I figured if it makes me feel so good, perhaps it can help others too?
So I created BDYPos, and my mission is to create fun and comfortable Athleisure wear that allows a person to make the statement - I am ok with who I am, IN FACT I LOVE HER!
Give the finger to the haters and say ‘THIS IS ME, AND I AM AWESOME EXACTLY AS I AM’
I hope it brings women happiness, confidence and a bit of fun. I also hope other women see the empowerment and decide they too can allow themselves MORE SELF LOVE.
So that is BDYPos.

My husband and I run a successful wholesale merchandise print shop specialising in motorsports. From this, I began to commandeer the print shop for my BDYPos orders. As BDYPos began to grown, so did our printing facilities, now including 2 top of the line GTX Pro Brother direct-to-garment printers, and complete industrial Screen Printing set up.
We operate as print on demand, with all printing is done locally in our print shop in NSW.
